Who we are
1st Call Personnel is a new and creative approach to recruitment.
Started in 2005 its owners took the model of best recruitment practice as laid down by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation as the basis for the business. 1st Call Personnel is in its own right a Corporate Member of the Confederation, whilst two of the Consultants are REC Fellow Members.
Owned and operated by local people we understand the ever changing local employment market and through our active participation in employment issues we are able to give practical and legislative guidance to both clients and candidates.
